Which goals and sports does it support?
Today you can train for muscle and strength (bodybuilding and strength recomposition), general fitness, running and rowing. Each goal is handled by a specialist coach, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Do I need a gym?
No. You tell us what equipment you have — a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just your bodyweight — and your plan is built around what you can actually use.
Is this just an AI chatbot?
No. Your plan is generated by a deterministic, rules-based engine so it is structured and correct, and your coach then explains the reasoning and answers your questions. The AI supports the coaching — it does not improvise your training.
