Your personal AI fitness coach
Not a workout generator — a coaching relationship. Your AI coach has a real training philosophy, builds your plan around your goal and your week, explains the why, and adapts it as you train.
What an AI fitness coach actually does
A workout generator spits out a list of exercises. A coach makes decisions. GetMyCoach starts from your goal, your experience, the equipment you actually have, and how many days a week you can realistically train — then builds a structured, progressive plan and tells you why each block, session and exercise is there.
Every coach in the library has a distinct philosophy and focus, so the plan reflects a real point of view on how to train for your goal — not a one-size-fits-all template.
A plan built around your real life
You tell your coach what you're working toward, how experienced you are, what equipment you can use — full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or bodyweight — and how many days you can train. The plan is built around that, not an idealized week you'll never hit.
That means the right split, the right session length, and exercise choices you can actually perform with what you have.
Coaching that adapts as you train
You log your sessions, and your coach reads what you actually did to guide your progression week to week — when to add load, when to chase reps, and when to back off with a planned recovery week.
You can also adjust the approach with your coach in plain language — change the progression style or technique — and the plan updates around it. The coaching continues after day one; it doesn't stop at a static PDF.
See your plan before you commit
Before anything is locked in, you preview your first weeks day by day — sessions, exercises, sets and reps, and your coach's reasoning. If it doesn't feel right, adjust it first. You only activate when it does.
