Essential cookies
We set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. These are required for the app to work, so they don't need consent and can't be switched off.
Local storage (on your device)
- Your theme preference (light/dark), so the app looks the way you left it.
- Your analytics choice, so we remember whether you accepted or declined.
- Onboarding progress before you sign up, so a preview plan isn't lost on refresh. This stays on your device.
Analytics — only with your consent
With your consent, we use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how the product is used. Nothing analytics-related loads or runs until you accept. Our custom events are limited to category-level properties — we do not send your email, name, health notes, free text, coach-chat content or generated plans, and where session replay is enabled all text input is masked.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is captured. You can change your mind at any time using the control below.
